It reflects on how we assign value, and what it truly means to cherish.
Inspired by the Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy, it embraces beauty in imperfection, transience, and simplicity.
Where once flawless porcelain was revered, the hand-shaped and imperfect became precious.
Authenticity, stillness, and humility lie at its core — visible in the quiet of the teahouse, the use of natural materials, and the gentle attention to the everyday.
From clay gathered at a lake, to sketches on paper, to playful work with bamboo —
each piece grew from a deep appreciation of the material itself.
A study in balance — between flaw and value, form and fragility, distance and closeness.
Dieses Projekt lädt ein zur Nähe — zum Material, zum Prozess, zur Bedeutung.
Es hinterfragt, wie wir Wert zuschreiben, und was es wirklich heißt, etwas zu schätzen.

Wo einst makelloses Porzellan verehrt wurde, wurde das Handgeformte und Unvollkommene wertvoll.
Im Zentrum stehen Authentizität, Stille und Bescheidenheit — sichtbar in der Schlichtheit des Teehauses, in natürlichen Materialien und der Zuwendung zum Alltäglichen.
Aus Seelehm, Zeichnungen und dem spielerischen Umgang mit Bambus entstanden Schmuckstücke,
die aus reiner Wertschätzung für das Material selbst gewachsen sind.
Ein Balanceakt zwischen Fehler und Wert, Form und Vergänglichkeit, Distanz und Nähe.
