TARNISHED SILVER: there are multiple reasons, why silver starts to change it’s color. the most common reason connects to your personal pH-levels. meaning, if your pH-levels are more on the sour side, your jewelry is more likely to tarnish, because the sourness of your skin and silver like to react together which creates this black color.

anyways, to get rid of it you can create your own silver bath by:

• Placing silver items in a bowl of appropriate size.

• Covering with white distilled vinegar.

• Adding 4 tablespoons of baking soda per cup of vinegar.

• Letting it sit for 1 hour.

• Rinsing with clean water and toothbrush.

• Drying thoroughly with a soft cotton cloth.

SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENED: sh*t happens. if your jewelry became defect in another way, we’re happy to help. although we will have to raise a reparation fee to cover the costs of reshipment, materials and time.
